Ensure that the specifications can be implemented in an interoperable fashion on the computing platforms in widespread use in both developed and developing regions.

Be added to the opensource-wg mailing list.
Receive invitations to our regular meetings.

You can then reach out to the chairs or PM who will add your idea to the next working group meeting agenda.
Our Policy Working Group meets every 2 weeks on a Wednesday at 1500 UTC.
