They can’t keep track of all the latest happenings and news in real-time and want a . The Green Software Foundation is the trusted resource. They may not open every newsletter, but they do love that it exists and is available in their inbox. Anyone interested in software, from developers, c-level to anyone in the business of building, deploying, and releasing software.

Stay Connected & Engaged

  • The best way to start getting involved in the newsletter is to post interesting news articles you find on green software to the #news discussions category, most news articles in there are published to the newsletter on a weekly basis.

  • If you have additional content to suggest for the newsletter we recommend you first try posting it in the #newsletter category of the community-wg discussions board making sure to tag the project lead and/or pm to ensure they see the message.

  • That’s also the place to discuss getting involved more deeply in the newsletter, curating content, surfacing content etc..

  • Other forms of communication that work are to mail the newsletter teal using the email aboveengage on the GSF Discussions forum by sharing announcements, news articles, and research studies on green software.

  • Members can also inform us of internal developments, individual thought leadership on green software and upcoming events by joining weekly Community Working Group Calls.
