  • An agenda ticket is created in the gsf-admin board.

  • The agenda is send out to the staff at least 1 day prior to the meeting.

  • The PMs ensure the Project Tracking Spreadsheet project tracking spreadsheet has been updated with their latest OKRs and KPIs.

  • The PMs comment on the agenda ticket with the PPPs for each of their projects.

  • Any resulting action items are captured in the agenda ticket.

  • The main email we use for this meeting is staff@greensoftware.foundation
