GSF PMs and core staff meet weekly in the PPP meeting. PPP stands for Progress, Plans and Problems. |
In the meeting the team reviews the Project Tracking Spreadsheet project tracking spreadsheet.
Each PM has several minutes to discuss the OKRs/KPIs for each project they manage (progress)
They also briefly discuss the upcoming plans for the next week.
This is also the place to raise any problems or concerns (things you need help with).
Meeting Process
The PPP meeting is run like any other Meetings in the Foundation.
An agenda ticket is created in the gsf-admin board.
The agenda is send out to the staff at least 1 day prior to the meeting.
The PMs ensure the project tracking spreadsheet has been updated with their latest OKRs and KPIs.
The PMs comment on the agenda ticket with the PPPs for each of their projects.
Any resulting action items are captured in the agenda ticket.
