The Steering Committee is the main governing body of the Foundation. It’s membership is decided by the Steering Member Organizations, each Steering Member Organization can nominate a primary and an alternate representative.

Decide the OKRs of the Foundation as a whole.
Review and Approve the Foundations Budget.
Review and Approve changes to the Foundations Charter.
