GSF Charter updates

  1. Oversight Committee (OC) proposes a change to the GSF charter with a PR in the charter repo.

  2. All SC and General members are notified of the proposed updates, with a minimum of 2 weeks to review & submit comments against the proposed changes.

Note: All submitted comments have to be reviewed and resolved by the OC.

3. After review period has closed and all submitted comments resolved, the Charter is submitted to the SC for ratification.
